The building looked like it needs painting The toilet paper was atrocious The staff at the desk were not friendly and not knowledgeable about what the hotel can service the guests with-trasportation for example The restaurant food was poor in taste, selection, and quality The only good thing i found was he cleaning personnel my room was very clean

The stay was not too bad overall it was OK, but some disappointing facts was the hotel room had no microwave no breakfast included, which are usually part of Hilton and my kids were disappointed. City View is not so great.

Super clean, the pricing for the night in the city wasn’t bad at all. Didn’t know you had to pay for parking till check in, it was an extra 68 dollars per night. Staff at desk could be a little more enthusiastic, seem to hate their job and don’t hide it at all with the customers. But overall enjoyed my stay there, would recommend staying here.
