Nuestras seis villas únicas están situadas en una prístina playa de arena blanca, a la sombra de majestuosas palmeras, cada una con puertas francesas que se abren directamente a la piscina privada y al jacuzzi, sin mencionar la increíble vista y la brisa.

Coral Bay Villas es un complejo pequeño y tranquilo que atiende a huéspedes mayores de dieciocho años. Ya sea que esté buscando tranquilidad o aventura, o algo de cada uno, lo invitamos a venir, disfrutar de nuestro alojamiento limpio y cómodo y experimentar nuestra increíble isla paradisíaca.

Great location! Nice clean 1 BR. well kept pool, no real useable beach area, you need to go out to Secret Beach if you want that, and the grounds were kept up nicely. Only a 1 bedroom, which is the only downside but for just my wife and I, it was enough.

Great location and well-maintained property. Minutes from airport and downtown with lots of shopping, resaurants and bars. Always someone on duty or available at a moments notice. Very quiet but yet close to everything. Loved our stay and thank you!

Beautiful view. Steps to the sea. Close proximity to some of the best island food you will ever have (You must eat at Black and White/Garafuna). 6-8 minute drive to the town, where you can find all types of adventures (gift stores, boutiques, eateries, tours, etc.) I would definitely recommend and book again.

A great place to relax and enjoy the breeze and view.

Downloading the Coral Bay App was a game changer for me as it helped set up my trip from start to finish. It had information on all you could imagine that you need planning and making the trip including filling the online registration form so you don’t have to do this when you get there. I would highly recommend this very nice property and would certainly stay here on my next visit.

The perfect getaway spot

We could not have had a more enjoyable stay at Coral Bay Villas!! The property was exactly as described and in the perfect location to enjoy some peaceful beach/pool time or take a quick walk into town for more action. The property staff members were all wonderful and super friendly! Freddy & Francis we’re always available and super helpful with every question or request that we had. Communication prior to our trip was absolutely TOP NOTCH and the help Simon provided with some of our travel arrangements was an absolute life trip saver! Thank you all for making our vacation one of our absolute favorites!! We’ll be back for sure!!

CBV is a small, intimate 7-unit villa located a short walk to town with amazing beachfront views. The onsite staff really cater to your needs and provide services which include booking restaurants, taxi service, and excursions, to name just a few. Inside and out, they work to keep the property pristine. With it being a small adult only property, it is very easy to meet other couples by the pool or jacuzzi and make lasting friendships that extend beyond the vacation. I highly recommend Coral Bay Villas.

Best place to stay on Ambergris Cay

The property itself was beautiful, well appointed, well maintained and perfect for my daughter and I. Located just south of the more lively district of San Pedro, and set back from the main road, right on the water—it was peaceful and quiet, but just a short walk from restaurants, bars, shops and excursions. The bedroom is cooled, which makes sleeping (in the incredibly comfortable bed) so nice. There is a generous, covered balcony—I did yoga there and watched the sunrise every morning. But, most of all, Freddie and Elsa were fantastic resources. Always available, always helpful. I even called Freddie one night when I mistook a police siren for some kind of weather alert —and he was so patient and kind with me. I cannot recommend Coral Bay Villas highly enough. We can’t wait for a return trip!

Perfect mix of peace and quiet, with fun things to do!

What an oasis! My husband and I went for our 25th Anniversary, and could not recommend this property more highly! While it was as private as we wanted it to be, we also enjoyed meeting other guests at the condo. We also loved that it was walking distance along the beach to shopping and restaurants downtown, as well as other bars and things to do further south. It is easy to book snorkeling/diving/fishing trips right off the beach (highly recommend Lil Alfonse's snorkeling!) , and you can rent golf carts to explore the island to further areas. The property is exactly as it is described, and we were greeted at the airport by the property manager, so that check-in was seamless. The only blip while we were there, is that there is some construction going on next door (Oct 2022), so sometimes the mornings could be a bit loud. As soon as you got out to the pool or the beach, however, that was quickly forgotten. This place is paradise! We shall definitely be returning!

Our suite was clean and spacious with everything we needed, including unlimited fresh drinking water, coffee, dishes, and a lock box for valuables. The pool and hot tub were clean and the property in general is VERY well kept. The staff was extremely gracious and friendly, and go out of their way to help with anything you need, including airport transfers, restaurant recommendations, reservations for golf carts, massages, excursions, etc. The property is RIGHT on the beach, located just a few minutes away from the hustle & bustle of town, so you can walk or drive. Markets, restaurants, etc. are all a stone's throw away. This place gets 20 stars all around and we will return!!

It was within a short golf cart ride to everything you might need or want to visit in San Pedro. Elza and Freddy were helpful in arranging transport to and from river taxi, renting the golf cart (a must if you want to explore the city), answered a host of questions about places to eat, shop, and hang out on the island. We would love to come back and stay there again, and we already have recommended this property a several of our friends. We have enjoyed our stay immensely and I can not think of a way to make this vacation better!

Fantastic place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a fantastic place to stay. We were so lucky to find Coral Bay Villas in Belize. Simon, in the main office, made sure we got the unit we wanted upon request and answered heaps of questions without hesitation. Simon gave us good advice on how to continue our trip as we left Belize which was hard to verify otherwise. Elsa greeted us upon arrival and made us feel completely welcome. We had a bit of an issue, caused by us, which Elsa helped us correct. Freddy was fantastic and carried our heavy bags up to our rooms. He also refilled our big water bottle quickly and efficiently upon request. Freddy was always tidying up around the place to make it very appealing; pool cleaned, sand raked; pool surround swept, etc.Both Elsa and Freddy were always honestly cheerful and greeted us whenever they saw us. And then there was the view from the balcony ... the pictures don't do it justice. And the internet access was fast. What a treat. The villa had everything you could want: small, fully functional kitchen, bedroom with A/C, lounge with a TV that had 1000s of channels (many in English), and a balcony with a view to die for.Overall, I do recommend Coral Bay Villas as highly as possible. It is a great place.

Reviewer Comments: The 1 bedroom condo was well furnished, in a good location and Elsa and Freddy took good care of My Wife and I. Only drawback was a/c only in bedroom and none in living area. Would advise against renting golf cart from M&K rentals. Mechanical problems and difficulty obtaining rental refund.
