- Terraza Marpol is designed for groups who prefer to share and interact with each other. You will find the apartment is intended around communal spaces. The living room and a balcony at the beginning of the apartment, a small dining area in the middle of the apartment (centered around the bedrooms), and the private terraza at the end of the apartment (through the main bedroom).

- Our place is suitable to accommodate friend groups, bachelorette celebrations, families, and couples.

- It is important for us to make sure you understand everything about your trip to a tropical island, including what it implies and the fact that our apartment is NOT in a hotel but rather in a local residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are absolutely wonderful locals. Please understand that this is a partially renovated home. While some spaces and amenities have been brought to more modern standards, other aspects of the house preserve its unique charm.

- You will be staying in a metro area local neighborhood of Santurce, Villa Palmera. Walking distance to Ocean Park Beach and Calle Loiza. There are some things we can't completely control, including morning roosters, mosquitoes during the rainy season, music/city buzz, etc. We make every effort to provide complete transparency with potential customers before they make a reservation. Neighborhood description:
Terraza Marpol is in Santurce, about 15mins walk from Ocean Park Beach. Our barrio is a hip and rapidly growing area of San Juan. Known for its vibrant street art, outstanding Puerto Rican food, national museums, and nightlife scene. Our neighborhood is enriched with an active, happy, welcoming authentic local community. Puerto Rican culture is reflected in our neighborhood. Very lively, active, musically oriented environment.
