Beautiful and very comfortable 3 bedroom Beach Front Villa. It is fully equipped with what you need to enjoy, relax and have a great vacation time. We are located in the North Eastern Coast in Loiza, PR, with close proximity to outstanding Puerto Rico must see sites. Our Villa is aprox 50 steps to the beach and pool. The Blue Ocean and the warm Caribbean Breeze will make you feel in the perfect vacation spot. Make memories with us on the Island of Enchantment in this truly tropical paradise!
The space
Beautiful Beachfront Resort Villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with two free assigned parking spaces. Each bedroom is equipped with the best quality of Mattresses, bed sheets, comforter, pillows and air conditioner. My guests will enjoy 600 Mbps of WiFi. The living-room area has two 68" ceiling fans and a 70" LED Smart TV with many apps such as Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime and cable TV with a BOSE Sound Bar that you can also pair with your phone to listen your favorite music. The kitchen features a stainless still fridge with ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, microwave and stove; large counter with 2 bar stools alongside a 6 chairs dining area. When you find your way back to the living-room you will discover a family couch with a side accent chair. You will also enjoy a front balcony with two chairs and a rear terrace with 4 Adirondack chairs and a hammock were you can fully relax with the ocean breeze listening the waves . From this terrace you can enjoy to the right a partial view of The El Yunque Rain Forest and to the left our beautiful beach.

This is a gated resort complex and security guard is present 24 hours.

This fully equipped place was created to make memories that last a Lifetime!!

Our guests have access to the entire Apartment and the use of all the facilities in the complex, including the 2 pools, Tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, 3 kids playground, Gym, 3 gazebos and private access to the Beach.
Other things to note
Renting a Car is highly recommended to get to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and to move around. UBER, Taxis and public transportation are limited in the area.

Loíza holiday

This property is amazing! There is a patio overlooking the palm trees and water, great furnishings, plenty of towels and beach gear. The beds are beautiful and comfortable. You can tell the owners take care and concern for your experience. Our only comment is that some weather impacts have caused the beachFront access to be closed, which is something we wanted. There are many great beaches in driving distance, and the location in Loíza puts you only 45 minutes from either the ferry to islands or San Juan. We would stay here again if we came back to the same area!

Close to a lot of things

The complex was secure, the beach was smaller than expected, it was convenient to a lot of different places we wanted to see. The area around the complex seemed run down and not what we expected.
