The staff at Abitta Hotel is truly exceptional—every single person is incredibly kind and attentive. Whenever I needed something, it was delivered to my room within five minutes of calling. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I have never experienced such consistently wonderful service from an entire team. At the reception, Alana is an absolute superstar. She genuinely embodies hospitality and makes guests feel truly welcome. At the time of this review, the hotel is still undergoing renovations, and once completed, it will only get better. That said, the staff is already perfect. The restaurant is very good as well. Special thanks to Sebastian, our waiter, for his urgency, professionalism, and efficiency. I highly recommend this place—it truly reflects the warmth and hospitality of the Puerto Rican people.

Perfect location! Walkable to plenty of food the casino, parks & Shopping. The hotel has a beach area with seating and umbrellas. Perfect location between old San Juan and the airport. Restaurant/Bar in the Hotel. Free happy hour (1) drink from 5:30 to 6:30. The staff was amazing. Definitely will be back again and again.

The staff were always very friendly; the only thing that could be improved is the room cleanliness. The bathroom was a bit dirty in the shower, and the ceiling had damp or sweat stains.
