The place was awesome. Everything we needed. Plus our host was great with directions so it made it super easy to find. The beach and a lot of different food options near by. I would definitely recommend anyone stay there.

Quiet and Cozy

The location is quiet, cozy, amenities were convenient, rooms & beds were comfortable. The host was very helpful and extremely friendly, we experienced a power outage island wide and we were provided flashlights and consistent communications reagthe power updates

Great base for holiday trip

The us was a great base to see the eastern side of Puerto Rico: old San Juan, the beaches, and the rain forest. The apartment fit six of us easily and was even nicely decorated for the holidays. Only downside is that the dishwasher was broken for our stay. Thanks again!

Wonderful surprise in Puerto Rico. Great location in Rio Grande. Clean 3 BR very close to beach and restaurants. 30 minutes from San Juan. Louis (owner) was very quick to respond to my texts. Easy check in/out. Only issue was locating first night but very close to Wyndham resorts Rio Grande. Visit 5 O’Clock bar in Wyndham

Luis is a Great Host!

The apartment is in a great location. Quick and easy to restaurants, golf courses and the beach. Luis is super responsive and even came by the condo twice to fix the internet router and set the TV. He recommended a couple of local restaurants that were excellent. You will definitely enjoy your stay there.

Cozy corner

Lovely apt in a gated, well kept, community on a mountain side. Easy commute to some of the most popular tourist attractions and beautiful beaches on PR East side. Here on basically the outskirts of El Yunque National Rain Forrest, we found a comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2 bath apt, with an airy, outdoor space, to lay out in the sun, or to enjoy a nice meal. Large beautiful windows to let sun in, but I'd suggest some curtains to provide more privacy. Large, walk in closets, just need hangars to get full use of them. I'd also would like to recommend having perhaps a book, or listing of nearby places to eat, or activities for guests that may not be familiar with the area or PR in general. Providing a couple of beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a hair dryer are a few other amenities I would also suggest, that can be helpful for vacationers. Overall this was a very lovely apt. and if given the opportunity, would absolutely stay here again.
