NO PARTIES/EVENTS OR SMOKING, MINIMUM FINE $1000.

Our home is located in a quiet and safety community in Berryessa, North San Jose, 3 mins walkable to free tennis and basketball court, close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping mall and also minutes drive to 680, 280 , 87, 101 freeways.

We have spacious living room , fully equipped kitchen and huge front and back yard for kids to play, family-friendly house.

This 4B2B condo is the main part of a single family house.
The space
Our condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dish-washer and refrigerator along with a new gas stove. There are also rice cooker, kettle, coffee machine and air fryer. Perfect for family stay.

Spacious backyard offer outdoor furniture and jumping bed, COZY COUPE and little kids' bikes.

Driveway parking or street parking.

Laundry room in garage. Ask host the code to garage.

Professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You have exclusive access to the whole condo. Front yard is shared with other guests. Back yard is for you only.
Other things to note
AC and heater is Nest app controlled . In order to save energy , AC will be automatic on if room temperature is over 78F. Nest device has been installed at the end of hall way.

Please clean the dishes you used, do not leave them in the sink. You can put them in dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you leave. There are dishwasher detergent under the sink. If we found used dishes in the sink, we may charge extra cleaning fees.

Please clean up and take away the trash after to prevent overflowing our trash can. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee or excess trash if we have too much trash too early (FRIDAY is our trash pick up), we need to physically take the trash out to dump and pay additional fees! DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin, they will refuse to pick up our trash!
