First, they were having problems with their machines we didn’t get checked in till 430 then they sent us to the wrong room which we had to correct them. My husband is handicap and they sent us to the next building a lot of walking and other thing the towels are children’s size they don’t even go around you if you’re gonna give towels at size give two a piece there wasn’t an extra tall if I needed to wash my hair which I did and had to use a hand towel. And all the vending machines were literally emptied no one ever refilled. We were there four nights. It was a little disappointing compared to what the amenities actually said, and the pictures that they showed it doesn’t seem like you really want to accommodate the people that request certain rooms for certain reasons was very disappointed

Great room, comfortable and clean. I would have given it a five star but they advertise thwt they have a shuttle service. I booked a disabled room for my parents who need it transportation to the airpor. Their "shuttle" is an UBER it was rough to get a car that woukd accommodate my father and his wheelchair.

Staff very kind and accommodating. All interactions with them were superb. Free uber to the airport also a nice touch. Breakfast was ok, bagels, cold cereal, make your own oatmeal.

The place was greatly misrepresented by Expedia as being “Winderful” when it was actuall minimal, dismal, unsafe, dirty, old, no amenities!!!! I will not make the mistake of believing Expedia rating of places to stay in the future. As a woman traveling alone, it’s important to my safety to stay in a place that feels safe and is clean.
