The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean with updated amenities. The beds were not the most comfortable. I ran into a few issues and Sebastian, and Yenderson went above and beyond to make it right. I walked away with only complaint which was the jacuzzi. It was lukewarm warm with lackluster water jets. They need to not advertise that they have one, especially if it is not in good working condition.

First thing, there is no sign in the vestibule stating you have to use the elevators to the 2nd floor to find the lobby. The staff did not day you have to scan your card to use the elevator. The option to post ahead for breakfast was not listed when booking. They do Not have a free airport shuttle, despite that being in the listing. There were strands of hair on my counter and in the bathroom. The bathroom sink drains slow. The good things about the hutel are the comfort of the bed and the many varieties of restaurants surrounding the location. I doubt I would stay here again because they don't suit my needs with their nickle and diming. $40 to the airport that is 11 mis away !?!

Loved my stay here. It is so beautiful and the view from the pool was incredible. Staff are so kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Many shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, etc, just steps away from the hotel. It is still quiet and calm.Our room had a view of the city and we loved it. 10/10 would definitely stay here when visiting San Jose again!
