Wonderful hosts! Enjoyed our stay at the condo. The pool area was amazing - enjoyed it and the hot tub. The unit itself had everything we needed. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise, whales and surfers. Easy beach access as well for a daily walk. Comfy bed and a hot shower. We rented a car and were a quick drive to anything we needed like groceries, restaurants and the San Jose Art District. Great wifi in the unit.

The condo was clean when we are arrived and Jon was a fantastic host and communicator the entire time. We were very happy with the location with restaurants nearby and close to downtown San Jose del Cabo. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Great location right on the beach and away from the middle of the busy city with a view of the entire coastline with spectacular view. The host was amazing, friendly and super responsive, he made everything very easy for us. Great spot for surfers, there's two great breaks right out in front.

Great Condo Great Host

We’ve stayed at this property before but first time in this condo. The condo was very clean and modern with everything needed to feel right at home. The host was very communicative and fast to respond quickly to any questions from time of booking to end of stay.

Great location!

We enjoyed our time here. Close to restaurants-Pescadito grill is walking distance. Pool area and access to the beach is perfect. Will be back when we come to Cabo.

Stay at Los Olas Beachfront Condos

We had a delightful stay at the Los Olas beachfront condo! We arrived a few days early before attending a wedding and enjoyed a romantic and refreshing getaway. Although there was an initial hiccup with receiving our check-in information, the front gate security staff were incredibly helpful in providing us with our gate keys and codes. Kylie from Let's Do Mexico resolved the confusion and got us into the condo efficiently. The accommodations were lovely, with an amazing view, a comfortable bed, and a cozy couch. As a cook, I felt the kitchen could have been better stocked with quality items, but this might not be an issue for others. Additionally, we wished there was lounge furniture on the deck instead of just the small table and chairs. Despite these minor drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Chill surf condo

We took a chance on a non-all-inclusive in San Jose where we have stayed four previous times. So we obviously love the area and were excited to have more freedom to explore. What a lovely experience. For just two of us (no kids with us this time!) buying and cooking our own food was a much more authentic experience and we enjoyed going out to dinner each night. With so many great dining locations, we had more than enough places to try out, and getting around via Uber couldn't have been easier. The condo itself was great, pretty modern, and very well stocked with all the supplies. The deck and view was STUNNING. The grounds and pool were well kept and we never had to fight for a seat at the pool or beach (mind you, we were visiting in April, a less busy time of year). My husband rented a surf board and surfed every day while I enjoyed a covered "cabana" area on the beach (something you would pay extra for at an all-inclusive). We will 100% go back. You can't beat it for the price. I took one star off for the road noise. It's no fault of the owners, and I know it has been mentioned here (the noise machine they provided was helpful) but it is definitely a thing. The trucks gear down as they come down the hill and it really is loud. But for us, on vacation with no kids and all the time in the world, we could sleep whenever we wanted lol, so no matter.

Wonderful view, comfortable accommodations, chill spot

We had a great three nights at this place. The apartment has the most wonderful view! The location is right in the water so the easiest places to walk for beverages or food are other places on the water, however there’s a road that goes under the main road (take a right coming out of the apartment) in order to get across the street for other options. The road noise is defiantly distracting in the bedroom but we were able to sleep well with earplugs & the noise machine they provide. Beautiful, mellow, lovely spot!

Epic Sunrises

We enjoyed our stay here. My BF surfs and it was so nice to be able to watch him from the balcony and/or walk to the beach in 2 minutes and sit and watch him from there. The sunrises are unreal too!! We had a mishap and the owner, Jon, and Ricky, the property mgr, were very communicative, resourceful and quick to find a resolution. The place is super clean and stores and restaurants are a quick, close drive. Driving into and leaving the property is a little sketch at first, but you get used to it and it's pretty easy in and out. Felt very safe and comfortable here. We'd stay again!

Gorgeous view!!!

We had a verrryyy relaxing stay at Jon and Jill's condo at Las Olas. The unit is a good value for the price point, and had all the basics for light living. The view is stunning, the grounds were well kept, the pool was spacious, including the 3 multilevel hot tubs, and the teak loungers were super posh for all day lounging, reading and staring at the entrancing ocean ebb and flow. Road noise was barely noticeable compared to the pounding surf and warm breeze. Conveniently two "doors down" from Zipper's restaurant for some basic level food and bev (it's really about the view), or the newer, more fresh and modern Pescadito Break directly next door to Zip's (they share a wall)-their margarita's are spot on and they have an extensive well executed seafood menu. Jon and Jill were fast with communication, and were very responsive. We don't surf, but really enjoyed sitting on the ocean wall, or the condo balcony, and watching the surfers directly in front of the property. Easy to grab an Uber wherever we needed.

Great location with outstanding water views!

Wonderful hosts. Accessible and accommodating Condo perfect for a couple. Nice clean unit. Comfortable pool with jacuzzi and beach loungers down by the sand. Right on the water. Loved the crashing waves and seeing the local surfers at sunrise and sunset. Thank you Jon and Jill

Surfer’s Delight

Such a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend. Anytime we had any questions, Jon responded promptly. The place is in a great location and there are nice little bars and restaurants walking distance. Got a couple scrapes when surfing and Jon had a whole first aid kit with all the essentials! Loved also being able to hang by the pool with an ocean view.
