Penthouse with spacious solarium terrace with barbecue in Los Miradores del Puerto, km 14 of La Manga.



The apartment is very spacious and roomy and is distributed over two floors. The ground floor features an independent kitchen with a gallery, a very large living-dining room with access to a terrace overlooking the Estacio canal and Tomás Maestre Port.

It has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, is very spacious and also has views of the canal. The second bedroom has access to the terrace and views of the port. It has two complete bathrooms on the lower floor, one with a shower and another with a bathtub.

On the upper floor is the enormous solarium terrace, which is accessed from the terrace. This terrace has incredible panoramic views and features a barbecue and a complete bathroom with a shower, as well as all the necessary furniture and shade to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors.



The apartment is on the 7th floor, which means the temperature, especially in the hottest months, is perfect, and yet it has air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the bedrooms and the living room.

LOCATION:



The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with garden, paddle court and swimming pool.



About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...



It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.

Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...
