WILL at Reception provided exemplary service offering late checkout, Market vouchers, and the top floor with a nice view without me having to ask. A few minutes later, a staff member knocked on our door with a complimentary snack tray. Each floor has a filtered water dispenser too which is great.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with an impressive lobby—I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is located downtown, where things tend to close early; by around 9:00 p.m., most restaurants and shops were already closed. I’d encourage visitors to venture beyond the downtown area during the day to experience the real city. If you only stay downtown, you’ll miss just how beautiful San Francisco truly is.
