Having a Jazuzzi in the room was very nice, but the first room 214, we were given had a bad dry-rot or mold problem and smelled very bad. A room in that condition should not be assigned to a guest.

love the area, loved the pool, jacuzzi to old, not very inviting to use. The beds were very uncomfortable, won't com back unless they get good beds. Not happy with breakfast stayed 4 days only ate breakfast 1 morning, no butter or margarine for pancake & waffles. cereals but no milk avail or not clearly labeled. Food, was cold, not very welcoming!

The price was way to high for what they offered. In our room only 2 of the lights actually worked. The free wifi was supposed to be a feature but it turned it self off every 10 minutes or so and you had to log back in. The shower was the most inhospitable hotel shower I had ever seen. Not even enough room to turn around, you had to walk in in the position that you would stay in the whole time, there wasn't even enough room to put your arms up to wash your hair without bumping your elbows on the walls. The location was great, check-in with a glass of champagne was a nice idea, the outside of the building is very pretty, but inside the rooms was a different story.

This hotel would have been nice if all the repair work had been done. The pool windows were dirty, the room old and worn, and the rest of the property needed work.

The jacuzzi jets did not work, which was the main reason I booked this hotel. I don’t think it had been cleaned out well either, there was still water and soap all around the outside Also, the light above the mirror/sink did not work (but strangely the next morning it did) and I checked in at night so that was annoying. WiFi never would connect. I called the front desk about all of these and the guy said management would call me the next day. They never called. They should comp me my room, it was ridiculous.
