Take the elevator to the upper floor No worry about steps No better place to call home. **


No Children or infants ( including all ages 0- 21 ) .Adult only community.
No pets , If an animal is present, an upholstery and floor cleaning fee of four hundred dollars additional will be charged to guest.


No Covid or health concern refunds. It is recommended guest take out travel insurance for their stay.

No overnight guests. If permitted a fee of $150 per night upon acceptance by host sent through the RESOLUTION center and must be accepted prior to visitor arrival.
