Staff was great hotel inside and out very clean. Down side very big presence of homelessness on the side walk. Street is really ugly. Also if you have a car it’s 75 dollars a day for parking. Only Valet service

It is a great, convenient location with an amazing rooftop and safe and secure access to the building. However, did not feel safe when I walked on the next street next to the hotel due to a lot of homeless people lying around, fighting with smell of urine

Property and staff itself was very nice, it is in the tenderloin and the area outside the hotel is HORRIBLE. we ended up switching hotels more north because there are homeless lined the streets and we got yelled at by one in a starbucks. don’t stay here you will feel unsafe wherever you go outside the hotel

The inside was great, the outside was not safe. They have valet but they charge, for being in such a bad neighborhood they should have it for free. Be careful when bringing family there I didn’t even want to stand outside.
