As it was located next to the local airport and a freeway, I thought it would be noisy. The window was very difficult to close, but once I got it there was no outside noise and I was able to get a good night's sleep.

The lights were motion activared so they came on evertime we moved when we were sleeping. There maintenance man said just put something over the sensor which was impossible. The next night the front desk gave me tape to put over the sensor. Not very good service for the money we spe

Denise, the assistant manager was extremely helpful. Travelocity confirmed the reservation even though there were no rooms available. Denise called a supervisor and got them to issue a credit. She was very patient and professional.

Great personal touches

Pros: The service by the employee named ‘Princess’ was phenomenal. She was the model for hotel customer service. Her attention to details and helping the cl
Location: Used it for golf at Harding Park and Stanford.
It was a great place for overnighting for a golf outing. The service was one of the best I ever had at a hotel. Will be using it for my several SF trips a year.
