Clean room, nice staff. However the room was very noisy - some sort of equipment outside (HVAC?) and the sliding door whistled, plus the hot & cold controls were reversed on the sink faucet handles and not marked. That could be dangerous.

Exhaust fan in the room was broken and there was spiderwebs underneath the desk and next to the slider. Staff was friendly. Pools will corrode jewelry so take them off before you go for a swim.

The room was very dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The furniture and overall condition felt old and poorly maintained. There was also a lot of noise, which made it hard to rest. Check-in was extremely slow — we waited about 40 minutes in line, which was very frustrating after a long day. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and did not meet expectations.

The grounds were Amarizing and the staff was equally so. The rooms themselves were decent but the squealing from the water pipes was horrendous. It kept me up during the night with random moments of loud squealing. The “quirky” mention of weed on the room key cards and all over the walls was distasteful as well. There are kids that stay there and that’s a terrible example to set.
