Clean and Renovated Property

I had a pleasant stay at this place. The property itself was nicely renovated and very clean, offering a comfortable environment. Although the surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough, I felt secure during my stay, especially with the convenience of having a guaranteed parking spot on the property. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great for what we needed

The place was clean and super cute. The neighborhood looks a little ruff but everyone we met was so nice. Nancy the host was super quick with responses and very polite.

Its just okay..

Description and pictures are accurate. Host is not very hands on. Did not respond to phone calls. Texts, or vrbo messages for almost 24 hours during a concern. Property is above another rental. We could hear every conversation the people below us were having. The neighbors were up until 330 AM every night. We wanted to end our stay and stay somewhere else on the second night due to this. We contacted vrbo support. They were of no help. They stated only the host could help us. The host did not apologize or show any empathy. They just told us to contact the police. They said they would fine the other renters. How does that help us enjoy our vacation and give us any added comfort? The neighbors confronted us about the noise complaint, which is never a safe feeling of what may/could happen. I would not rent here again.
