Live a life of oceanfront luxury at this gorgeous, three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. In this central location in the middle of Mission Beach, you'll spend your days lounging on the sand outside, wandering to nearby beach shops, and relaxing to the sound of the waves.

Step inside to be greeted by a lovely, open-concept living area with stellar views of the ocean through wide, nearly floor-to-ceiling windows. It's the ideal place to kick back and unwind after a morning of swimming, offering a comfortable seating area, a flatscreen TV, and windows that open to the ocean outside. The adjacent kitchen features sleek countertops and high-quality stainless steel appliances, making it easy for you to prepare everything from appetizers to full-course meals with a view of the Pacific.

The bedroom on the main level is furnished with a queen-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, creating a cozy little retreat. The entry level also has a second full bathroom. Follow the stairwell for half a flight, where youll find the primary bedroom suite boasting ocean views, an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and a balcony with chairs and a grill. Its a blissful place to wake up in the morning or take in a vibrant sunset over the ocean. On the upper level, youll find a bedroom with a full-over-full bunk, a flatscreen TV, and a small east-facing balcony. This level also includes a full bathroom and a private washer/dryer. Free WiFi and satellite cable are provided as well.

This condo is located directly off the beach and boardwalk in North Mission Beach, about a third of a mile north of Belmont Park. Mission Beach is San Diegos lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park's miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and arcade. You'll be just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego as well.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. Great location & great views

Overall, our experience was great. On the beach, beautiful sunsets, close to Belmont, restaurants and bars. An interesting maze to get to rooms, lots of stairs. I really thought it was on bottom floor with immediate access to beach, But it is fine, and really, it’s easy access. Very nice!

This place is filthy and unsafe. I had to leave.

Our experience with this property and San Diego Vacation rentals can only be described as horrible. The online listing calls this place NEW!. It is anything but NEW! Needed a paint job a year ago. Window treatments needed to be replaced a year ago. Side tables in living room needed to be replaced a year ago. In need of a detailed cleaning a year ago. From top to bottom the place is filthy. I would expect these conditions from a cheap $100 a night chain hotel not from an $800 a night rental. And this isn't the worst of it. It is unsafe. The door to adjoining unit can't be shut, let alone locked. People in adjoining unit have access to this unit. Traveling with teenage granddaughters and I couldn't leave them alone in a place that isn't secure. Cabinets that are coming apart that could cut someone. These issues were described to me, as being minor. My families safety and well being are anything but minor. Property management response was, I'll try to get someone out there in 24 hours. Trying to follow up with them was met with no return phone calls.

All about the view

This rental was all about the view and prime location right on the boardwalk. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for our family. Management was easy to work with and responded quickly with questions/concerns. While it did meet our expectations, we feel this unit can use a little work like a fresh coat of paint. Overall, because of the location to the beach, shops and restaurants, we would stay again.

Family getaway.

6 adults stayed in this beach front property. Great location. Comfortable beds and cozy place. The only minor issue was the bottom bunk bed had a very soft mattress. A child may not notice. All other beds were awesome. We would stay here again.
