Our stay was amazing! This unit is right on the boardwalk and beach. It is centrally located between Belmont Park and Pacific Beach. There are numerous restaurants, bars and little markets (among other shopping options) within a couple minutes! It was perfect for two couples (if you don’t mind sharing one bathroom). The beds are super comfortable and the overhead fans were great since it doesn’t have AC. The temperature outside never got above 73 so we were very comfortable! It is a beautiful place, plenty of room for four! The small porch was perfect for our morning coffee and afternoon wine. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!

Mission Beach Waterfront

This place worked out great for us and our two pre teen sons. Right on the beach, we enjoyed the deck and people watching on the boardwalk. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. We had a SNAFU with the door code during check-in and that eventually got worked out, took longer than we had hoped but they were friendly and helpful about it.

Everything was great at the property, it was super clean and the view was amazing. The only thing that would be nice if there were screnns on the bedroom windows and sliding doors for the fresh air. Also if you could look the screen door at the entrance of the house.

Location, location, the ultimate VACATION!

Can’t say enough about how great this location was in regards to being close to the markets, the bay aquatic center, Ralphs, restaurants, and more! This place was clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. We loved the beach decor and the direct view of the beach is unbeatable. The kitchen had tons of storage and lots of appliances. The only thing missing in the kitchen was spices. We appreciated the coffee that was gifted to us along with some snacks for the kids. We definitely used up the entire bag in a week. The patio was perfect, we enjoyed sitting and people watching and we even used the barbecue which worked great. The only other wish list would be to have more toilet paper and paper towels and boogie boards would be another awesome item for the kids. Thank you for an amazing week right on the beach. We will be back for sure!!

No thermostat

The place was clean and a great location. My 2 adult daughters and I were visiting from Seattle area. It was cold when we visited. We searched the entire place for a thermostat control and vents for heating. (Behind furniture and in closets) there was nothing. There was a big electric fire under the T.V. Which we had on the whole time. I called and I received a quick response. They sent a technician to help turn on the heat. I told them I didn’t need a technician I just needed to know where the thermostat was and I would be able to figure it out. We weren’t there when the tech was but received a message that the tech was unable to fix the heat so they left 2 space heaters. We were fine after that with warmth but my issue is that I felt lied to about the thermostat and felt I paid for heat. I felt miss lead and delt with an issue of communication with while I was on vacation.
