We unfortunately had a really negative stay at this hotel. Check in was really easy, and we were charged $30 for overnight parking. When we got in our room, we unpacked and my husband went to take a shower. We had no hot water. After running the shower for 10 minutes, we called the front desk. A lady told me that due to low occupancy they needed to turn knobs to turn on the hot water. She told me to let the water run for 10 more minutes and then to call back if it didn’t work. We waited 10 minutes and the water was slightly warm, so I called the lobby again. At this point we were already late to our dinner reservation. A man answered the front desk and told us that he would come up to our room. We waited until he showed up and he acknowledged our ongoing issue. He told us that we could shower in another room if we wanted, but since we were already late to a dinner reservation, we didn’t have time to pack up our entire room and switch to a different one just to shower. He told us to wait longer and call back in the morning if the problem persisted. We ended up missing our dinner reservation and went out to try to salvage our night with no shower. In the morning we still had no hot water. Since we had been spending so much time on the bathroom running water, we began to notice what looked like blood splattered on the wall and on the door jam. The comforter also had a brown stain on it. We left in the morning after taking a cold shower and we will never be back to this hotel.
