Perfect location. Close to all sorts of great places, even Little Italy (short drive). Communication from check in to check out was wonderful. The app was easy to use, and though we didn’t take advantage this time, there are all kinds of services to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay. The area is beautiful with plenty of places to eat and shop with in walking distance. It is close to many other tourist attractions. Very clean and comfortable

We were celebrating our son’s graduation from UCSD. It was an ideal place for him to come over and take a break from studying and get a bite to eat. The view was amazing and the neighbors were very friendly. The location was convenient to walk for breakfast to Olive Café and other fun spots too.

We enjoyed this cute, Mission Bay view condo/unit for a getaway weekend! It’s close to great PB neighborhood restaurants and bars! We’ll definitely be back for a visit again!

Nice and relaxing

We clebrated a birthday and couldnt have been more pleased with the room. Very comfortable couch and bed. Breathtaking views from the back patio.

Great Location!

You can't beat this location. There are so many places to go that are within walking distance - restaurants, coffee shops, Belmont Park. There were beach toys available for our 2 year old, as well as beach chairs for us adults. Property management was quick to respond to any issues.

Simple, clean rental within walking distance to the beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and in a suitable location to access the beach, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops on foot. The price is reasonable which is why we chose it. Communication with the agency was quick & easy. Check in/out was a breeze. We will definitely consider staying again!

Our stay was amazing!! Step out onto the sand from your back patio & there is the Bay!! Then walking out your front door & cross Mission Blvd & there’s the Ocean!! We will be back!!!

Bayside delight

The property was very nice and being on the bayside was quiet while still having quick and easy access to the ocean. I would come back to this property again and again. The only one drawback was the parking which is very tight another visitor opened their car door and dented our car needed at least another 4 inches to get out of the car.

Great location

I stayed in this property by myself for a weekend getaway. The location is awesome. I was able to walk to Belmont Park, Pacific Beach and it is right on a very nice cove. I felt very safe during my stay and the views from the back patio were awesome! The apartment does not have heat or air, but they do provide space heaters and a fan in the closet.

Great location

The property was great for what we needed. Clean and just the right area for us. We did have a water leak when it rained really hard. But we put buckets down and called the manager. They were right on it.

I can not wait to stay here again. The owners were accommodating for an earlier check in due to the storm. It but it was greatly appreciated. The plac was bigger than I thought it’d be.

Summer stay

This location is spectacular!! ...and thats why youre staying here. This is an older unit..so dont expect perfection...but we will certainly book again...a small note...it would have been nice to have kitchen towels...we had to use the bathroom hand towels for the kitchen...and maybe a box of kleenex in the bathroom..the bed us amazingly comfortable@

Location, Location

We had our two grandchildren staying with us for the weekend and were looking for a place with direct access to the beach. We found it here. We could join them in the water or just sit on the patio and watch them having fun with the sand toys provided. We also enjoyed the indoor board games. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and we appreciated the coffee on hand. Our car was a tight fit for the parking space so we moved to the nearby lot .. an easy walk away. Check-in was easy and directions were clear. We enjoyed our stay!

Great property management

Great property manager Jocelyn!! She made a really big difference in our stay and it was much appreciated! During our stay everything was fine except the uncomfortable sofabed springs in the living room and the lack of cleanliness of the unit. The ceiling fan in the living room and all light switches had major crud. The walls had wipeable stains, the rubber bathtub stopper was rusted, and although I indicated in advance we would be using the sofabed there was no bedding for it.
