We stayed at this unit because it was just a few blocks from our son‘s apartment. It was very convenient and there are lots of great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance as well. Unfortunately, the unit is in need of a refurbish and a deep clean. There was garbage on one of the patios, the front door handle was broken on the inside, one of the patio chairs split when my husband sat in it and he is not a large person. The refrigerator needs to have the doors installed on the other side of the appliance so that it doesn’t open into a wall. The area rug was almost worn out and filthy, and the couch was getting pretty grungy. There were stains of some sort on the ceiling and lots of dirt and dust on knickknacks and baseboards. The bedding and most of the surfaces seemed pretty clean for the most part, and they did provide a filtered pitcher in the fridge, which was nice. It could be a really nice place but needs a little love at this point.
