Clean but extra bed sheet to line blanket would be nice. Great location and tucked away, felt safe and quiet. Comfortable. Not a 5 star hotel but have a 5 star rating because it was quiet and safe. Management could work on communication and professionalism in communicating upon arrival regarding deposit. A little smile and good polite customer service goes a long way.

The hotel was definitely neglected. First we reserved a room with 2 beds but they said it came through as 1 bed. We walked in and the room and the mirrors were dirty and had graffiti marks. There was some red dried spots all over the door. The door barely locked and could be pushed hard and opened. There was a space under the door where you could see light and hear everything going on outside. The blankets had holes in them. Smelled like there had been smoking in the room. Really truly if you can afford to stay literally anywhere else do that.

I had came back late and I had no towels in my room. No one answered me at the front desk. Honestly this has never happened to me. And the tub did not look very clean. It was ok for 1 night. Also they did not have change for $60 for a $50 deposit
