It was a good and comfortable stay. Just very upset that they put a charge hold morning of my stay. When I booked through Hotels.com I chose the pay at check in and wasn’t anywhere on my booking that the hotel was gonna put a hold. I wish Hotels.com had at least mention they were going to do that. It was upsetting to wake up too. Overall nice hotel and comfortable stay.

Elevator wasnt working. Trash left in the hallways. Trash left by elevator. The hallways stunk from different foods from all the rooms. Elevator was not swept or mopped the 5 days I was there. I will not stay there again.
