Overall this is a great location and super close to Pearl. Plenty of space for our group of 5. Matteesss and bed liners are nice and a step up from most rental furnishings. Unit is same as photos except there are some noticeable cracks in walls from unit settling and also it needs a fresh coat of paint. Unit has been well used and the walls show it. Minor issue that there wasn’t any tea in the coffee / tea service as described in listing. 2 other significant issues that came up :1. There is a very loud vibration noise in the master bedroom when the ac is running. It’s so loud it woke me up in the middle of the night several times and I had to put earplugs in so that I could sleep. I assume it’s from the condenser unit which may be on the roof over the master bedroom.2. All 4 ceiling fans in the house can be controlled by any of the fan remotes. I set the fan in the master and then it changed settings when someone in a different room used their fan remote. This was extremely annoying as I couldn’t use the fan without someone else changing it. There were smaller fans in the upstairs closets but they didn’t have as good as coverage as the ceiling fans. Overall, The location was great and we had plenty of space for our group. And we appreciated the nicer mattresses and bed linens.
