Let’s start with a hotel that has a heated pool in the winter. We show up, kids excited, no heated pool. Front desk just said “yah waiting on a part.” Won’t be here while you are here. Offered us to use a pool at another marriot property that is a 4 minute car ride away in a city (not walkable in swimsuits). Didn’t clean the room unless asked to clean it. Apparently there was a water problem with the city on another day that somehow affected the boilers but not the actual water coming to the building (in other words lame reason as to why no hot water). Did I mention the maintenance guy who showed up at 1030pm to fix the tub, or the housekeeper ringing out buzzer at 730am waking us up and everyone on our floor wondering if we wanted our room cleaned (different day then the one they missed).

Staff was accommodating , I didn’t have breakfast at the hotels restaurant . , I did go and have coffee there twice , I wasn’t impressed , coffee was warm to cool , served in a clear glass, over priced .
