Nice stay close to the base and private also quiet. only thing but not that big of a deal is limited parking only 2 cars can fit.

inaccurate Description

The owners are very to the T with instructions and when it came to needing them they took a long time to reply. The property isn’t easy to access. They use an out of date key system and once we were in the rental they had stated they provide the essentials like shampoo conditioner and body wash. So we didn’t pack any. Then we realized that they failed to mention they have basically nothing. Also you can not use both showers at the same time because the water gets cold very fast. The fridge the microwave was dirty. They had insects every morning coming from the drains. They didn’t have batteries that worked in one remote. We didn’t use dishes due to sanitation purposes. We went out and bough disposables. I feel after all that they shouldn’t charge so much for the cleaning service. I just hope in the future they get it together and actually clean it and provide everything as described. Parking should be allowed in the front. But they rather accommodate the tent they have in the back house . We will never use this rental again.

Convenient location, reasonable price and served its purpose

We booked it because it was close to Lackland AFB for my son's BMT. It was convenient because it allowed various family to stay together. There were a few hiccups - when we arrived, the code to get in was different and so had to wait a little bit. That issue was resolved relatively quickly. The light in the guest bathroom would randomly go out and flickered whenever turned on, and the heater would randomly reset so that it would be cold in the mornings. While we were there, my MIL noticed a mouse when she got up in the night to get some water. I contacted the owner to make them aware of it so that they could handle it before the next guests arrived. Not sure if it was ever addressed - all texts after that never acknowledged whether or not they got the information.

Not clean, no privacy, and electricity issues

Booked this VRBO to stay with family during Christmas. This property smelled like grease, the refrigerator smelled like food had thawed and not been removed. There was exposed electrical wire coming fromThe ceiling, and flickering lights in one of the restrooms. This listing fails to mention that they rent out the apartment until you book, and then they send an email letting you know. There are no window blinds in the shower facing the rented garage apartment allowing them to watch you shower.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and great showers! We choose this house due to the location of Sea World and it was close!! The hosts are super sweet. It is an older house but it served our needs for the weekend.

SeaWorld family trip

I chose to book this property for my stay in San Antonio because it was very convenient to the seaworld park in which my family and I were going to for my daughters birthday as well as after reading the overview and reviews on the property it described the right criteria’s we were looking for. Overall the property is nice and in a decent area even though some things were not mentioned or showed in the pictures/description of the property nor the reviews and caught us by surprise upon walking in the property. I reached out to the owner and his wife to was is a nice comfortable house and I would most likely book again
