Hidden gem

Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Very roomy and all the amenities that you need are there. All you have to bring is food and clothes. We were celebrating a birthday and wanted to have a little get away. We got so much more than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. You have a pool and fire pit and a separate building for game room. You have the feeling of a true private get away. We already booked another stay while we were there.

Good few things

The beds were very nice and we all slept very well. When we arrived the home had toys out by the pool and cat poop on the patio and the pool was dirty but it had been windy so we attributed the pool to that. The cleanliness was good but seemed it was either a rush clean before we got there. Overall it was good just a few cleanliness things that may of just been this one visit. Neighborhood seemed good.

Overall everything was very good the property was as listed. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and the pool was nice and clean. Please let the property manager know that the refrigerator’s filter needs to be replaced and that the area with the fire pit wasn’t cleaned.Neither of those issues affected our stay just an FYI. Perfect stay for our big family

The home was as described, welcoming, and had plenty of space for hanging out with a big family. Communication was promptly answered. Many places are close and quick to get on and off the highway. We will for sure stay for our next trip to San Antonio!

Wonderful house in quiet neighborhood

We had our annual thanksgiving get together in San Antonio this year. The house worked out great for a muti-generational group.plenty of room for large families. The small house in the back had a pool table and putting game. The primary bedroom was beautiful and had the most wonderful deck and views. There was even a park a quick walk away for the little kids.

Very nice propert on quiet st.

Very nice rental with room and privacy for everyone. Very quiet street with off street parking for 4-5 vehicles. Beautiful pool and fun game room. Convinient laundry just off kitchen. Kitchen was great with spacious island and lots of counter space and new appliances. Bedrooms were quiet and roomy. Relaxing under deck area with plenty of seating.

Good time!

College friend meet-up! Spent most of our time outside or in kitchen, other than sleeping. Pool was nice but a little low. Outdoor gas grill cooked well. Property manager very attentive and helped immediately with questions. No shade by pool which was accurately shown in pics. AC worked upstairs better than expected in 100+ degree summer. Wish there were more fans upstairs. Thanks for a good stay!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very clean and the communication with the host was amazing and he responded immediately. There was an issue with the pool and the host was very quick to make adjustments to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again in the future.

Nice home but cleanliness issues

Nice large property worked well for our number of folks. House is older and a little tired. Two major issues were a filthy kitchen with grease covered stove, old food in sink drains and drawers. Four dining room chairs unsafe to sit in and property manager was aware when I notified her but had failed to repair. i had tools and repaired. Pool was dirty and unuseable. Outdoor grill filthy with old food on grates. Backyard full of old deflated pool toys strewn around. We picked up for the property. Called property manager four times and she answered twice and did not return the two calls after message left. Hoped to talk to her about cleaning issues. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living room very clean and very nice. Area outside house needed to have trash picked up. Outdoor trash can full to top with old trash and no room for trash until local trash pickup. My family and myself have stayed and many VRBO properties and this house was not up to their standards. However! This house has lots of potential and was a good place for us after we did some major cleaning. I would recommend staying here as long as the cleaning issues are resolved. Property manager was very pleasant when we did speak. Safe quiet neighborhood!
