The hot tub by the steam and sauna was broken. The sauna was broken. No hot water in the showers by the pool. No golf carts before 8am. Had to walk with my luggage from persimmons to the lobby. Needs a refresh in the rooms. Sink clogged. Would be nice to have some complimentary water. Had to call to get robes.

After reading reviews, I was slightly concerned about staff being rude or not available, however, we found that couldn’t be farther from the truth. The staff was AMAZING.
