Location! Beautiful Vacation Style House near SixFlags Fiesta Texas & Seaworld! This charming Home is located in an upscale and peaceful area in San Antonio with complete privacy, no outlet on this road. Minutes from SixFlags Fiesta Texas, The shops at La Cantera, The Rim and Sea World, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation!
House includes covered patio and balconies with furniture, Charcoal BBQ grill, and a large inground private pool. Pool opens year around. Pool can heated (heater runs 10.15-4.15, depends on weather, may vary. )

3 Bedrooms. Beds location: One king bed and queen size sofa bed in master bedroom, One queen bed and queen size sofa bed in 2nd bedroom, One twin over full bunk bed and queen size sofa bed in 3rd bedroom, One queen size sofa bed in living area. Can sleep up to 15! (After 11 person, $25/night for extra guest)

Family gathering is welcome! Pets are allowed!

Minimum 2 nights staying. One night booking is only by request to get pre-approval first.

Parties and events are NOT allowed!
Maximum 4 cars. 2 cars in garage and 2 cars on driveway. No parking on the street, otherwise, will be towed and fined.
No littering on the street.
!! Quiet time is10pm-6am by city rules !! There will be $1000 fine. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music and voice after 10pm. Also, respecting our neighbor's resting time is the most important thing for us. Thanks!

Beautiful property in a great location
This property was exactly as pictured and described. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The place was spotless when we checked in and well stocked with supplies. The communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I would definitely stay again when in the area! It was a highlight of our trip!

The outside and host were the highlights!
We absolutely loved the back yard of the house. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The yard provided plenty of quiet and privacy, as well as a great space for our dog. The 2nd and 3rd floor decks provided wonderful views. Bing was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. For example, the pool heater had an issue so he got the repair people out to fix it at 10pm so we could use it again the next day. The master bedroom suite was very spacious, plenty of storage for our clothes and had windows on 3 sides.

Perfect spot
We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was in a great location and only 15 min from Sea World. The pool was very refreshing. Place was clean. We look forward to staying there again soon.

Family Vacation in hot July
We had a wonderful time, though weather was very hot. The house was perfect, close to places we visited while vacationing in San Antonio. Liked it was in a very quiet neighborhood, and truly loved the beautiful private pool. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again, if we are ever back in the area!

We had a great time. The house is cozy and comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. The owner was accommodating and fast response to any questions we had. The backyard and pool is fantastic and private. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again. The owner also has a beach rental on North Padre Island and we plan to stay there later this summer.

Large Family Space
Rarely do we have enough space for us all to gather/relax/eat together… this property offered that space. We so enjoyed the pool and the time shared here with our family. The only reason for the 4 star on the online listing question is that there were really only three true bedrooms not four. Overall we were very happy with the property.

Great location!
We spent a long weekend at this home in San Antonio. This home was a perfect location in the vicinity to The Rim and The Shops at La Cantera. We found it to be clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owner gave us some very good reminders/tips upon our arrival and departure. We would definitely stay here again.
