The cockroaches in my room!The fact that I went to check in to my room it was never cleaned! They had to put me in a different room. There was trash bags full of trash and food trays with half eating food sitting in the hallway.

For staying on the “premium” floor it was a joke. The bathroom was filthy, as were the counters, there was roaches, only one towel, I could list more but for the cost I guess one can’t complain much about the conditions. Doubtful I will ever stay at this hotel again.

While the room itself was pretty clean, there were roaches in the bathroom. They were tiny, but it was still gross. I must have killed like 20 in one evening. If we would have been staying longer, we would have asked to move, but with 4 kids and all of their bags, etc. it wasn’t worth the effort. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was FREEZING cold. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. That was the whole reason why we wanted to stay there. Very disappointing.
