For staying on the “premium” floor it was a joke. The bathroom was filthy, as were the counters, there was roaches, only one towel, I could list more but for the cost I guess one can’t complain much about the conditions. Doubtful I will ever stay at this hotel again.

While the room itself was pretty clean, there were roaches in the bathroom. They were tiny, but it was still gross. I must have killed like 20 in one evening. If we would have been staying longer, we would have asked to move, but with 4 kids and all of their bags, etc. it wasn’t worth the effort. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was FREEZING cold. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. That was the whole reason why we wanted to stay there. Very disappointing.

I've stayed at several Embassy Suites but this will probably my last time at least at this hotel. 2 roaches crawling on the wall, mildew in the shower, no dusting, sink looked like they just wiped it down. The patio sliding doors had black mildew and I swear a flea bit me when we first arrived!!!

Cleaning service did not exist. We were there from Thursday to Sunday and requested room service and they never went. Pool was extra full and no one to monitor the supposed 20 people at a time. Hotel is outdated! It’s gone down in quality so much. Used to be our favorite now sad to say we will never stay there again.
