Never received my deposit back. Lied to about their “better rate” — demanded an early checkin fee when I was already checked in. Dirty rooms. Outdated equipment and linens. Old furniture. Squeaky beds.

Never received my deposit back. The rooms are not as advertised. And be aware it’s outside door access. Not interior hall. The owner will find every single thing he can to try to charge you for something. What blew my mind was being checked in already from the prior day. Had rented two rooms. Extended the stay, and was demanded to pay an early check in fee. I was already checked in. In the rooms. Not needing house keeping. Absurd. The attitude that came along with it was astounding. He was mad that I booked through hotels. Said he would give me a better rate. So I tried that. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged 39$ over the original rate that hotels gave. And charged an additional 50$ deposit. That never came back. I was told it would be back in 3-5 days. I waited to review until that timeframe. Well. No return. Bad review. And all the bs laid out so others can be warned. The rooms are also sub par cleaned. Had to clean the bathrooms myself. Towels are hard crusty disasters. Just another establishment squeezing Pennie’s out of people. I’ll be contacting best western corporate for my deposit and to file a complaint

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.. the only downfall were the pillows, they were the kind that when you lay on them they deflate leaving you almost flat in the bed. They could update their pillows, other than that everything was nice
