Tengo sentimientos muy encontrados respecto a este hotel. Hay algunos aspectos positivos, pero en general la experiencia fue decepcionante y muy por debajo del nivel que esperaría de un establecimiento que se presenta como de categoría “superior”. Al hacer el check-in, nos entregaron unas pulseras y nos informaron de que no podíamos quitárnoslas bajo ninguna circunstancia, con una multa en caso de hacerlo. También nos dijeron que no podíamos movernos por el hotel sin ellas. No me había hospedado en un hotel que utilizara pulseras en más de 30 años, y me pareció una medida innecesaria e incómoda, tanto físicamente como en la experiencia del huésped. Realmente me hizo cuestionar qué tipo de clientela esperan si consideran que ese nivel de seguridad es necesario. Había reservado y pagado por adelantado cuatro habitaciones, proporcionando los nombres de los huéspedes en el momento de la reserva. Uno de los invitados originales no pudo asistir, por lo que invité a un sustituto. Sin embargo, al llegar, el personal se negó a entregarnos la cuarta habitación argumentando que el huésped registrado no estaba presente. A pesar de explicar que yo era el titular de la reserva, que todas las habitaciones estaban pagadas y que no tenía sentido negar el acceso a una habitación ya abonada, no hicieron ninguna excepción. Como resultado, terminamos utilizando solo tres habitaciones para cuatro personas y perdimos aproximadamente 700 dólares estadounidenses. Otro gran problema fue la comunica

this hotel is in a good area central to everything. However when we arrived early we asked if there was any rooms available and the staff said no a minute later they asked if we wanted early check in for a hundred dollars and we said yes tired from a long flight . We booked a room with an ocean view and verified it with the check-in staff the room was ocean side but all you could see was palm trees not the picture expedia showed with a clear view to the ocean-we get into the room it smells like mildew and it was cold so we adjusted the ac and went to eat we came back and the bed was wet and the floor was wet too. we called the staff and maintence showed up and basically blamed us saying we adjusted the ac and told us to wait 10 minutes we did and had to call again because everything was wet the staff came again and changed the bed covers and said if it happens again they will try to change us to a different room. so we went back out to visit place and came back it still was mildewed but we were exhausted and went to sleep. The hotel doesn’t look like the photos you see it is an older hotel and needs upgrades there is mold in the door and ceilings . The staff were nice but should of changed rooms we when called several times about smell and water all around the ac and floor If I were booking again I would not go to this hotel too many issues and no way to fix them. but we still had a great time san andre’s is beautiful very busy place Just make sure you go on the hotels site

The hotel is located is a very convenient location. The rooms are big and comfortable, we stayed at a Cabaña and couldnt have asked for a better set up (two stories; King bed upstairs and two twins downstairs) I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but full transparency the hotel could use a little better maintenence in some aspects i.e. Architecturally, AC Distribution. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure that any of our issues were addressed, ao although im saying theres a few areas for improvement, these were no show stopper and would still recommend.
