There were several issues that were called in for maintenance and they never came to fix. Clean up crew was still there they had the elevator tied up and I have never see a beds made up like they were. They were not to my standards. This was our second time staying at the house. The house is beautiful and accommodate my family but could also use a little updating.

28 family member reunion

Zenzation worked perfect for our 28 family member reunion. Plenty of private sleeping and bathroom spaces, huge kitchen with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two microwaves. Fairly easy walk to the beach.

Exceptional to very nice

Place was veey nice. We did notice that the cleaning crew does not clean or look under furniture after guest leave to clean, but it was a nice stay. ALSO, we did read another review about internet not work and elevator issues, We experienced both. 2 medium matters for Exceptional to Nice. I would rent again.

Beautiful house, horrible customer service

Be aware of the dismal customer service provided by Kee's properties. We had issues with check in, elevators stopped working, no propane in barbecue, unable to obtain WiFi password. The house was not clean, dust balls under bed, cookies and pretzels under the couch cushions. The emergency contact turned off phone at 10pm, before issues were resolved.There is no way to directly communicate with a human being, only leave a message and wait for a call back. I had senor citizens with copd in 100 degrees heat because of inoperable code & elevator problems. They sent maintenance 2 days later!!! When I asked to speak to supervisor, they asked me to accept a discount on a future trip, rather then try to fix the problems or let upper management become aware of the incompetence of the staff. I have stayed at over 50 rentals around the US and Europe, I have never witnessed such terrible management. Kees properties only acknowledgement or apology was to send a legal document offering us minimal financial compensation if we agree to not publicly say or write anything negative about Kees properties.That may be why there are no negative reviews (or else the rumors that vrbo does not print negative reviews is true). We'll see if this gets published..Google Kees Properties and you will see many complaints, including better business bureau. I wish I did before I booked with them. You have been warned.

Family Reunion

Everyone had a great time. The house was very spacious so all 26 of us could spread out or come together. It was wonderful that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. However so many bathrooms did affect the water pressure in the 4th floor bathrooms. The beach access was excellent. Held a family bonfire on the beach Thanksgiving night. Many of us rented bikes from a nearby rental place. We did have a maintenance issue with one of the dishwashers that took a couple of days to remedy. That said…. Everyone would rent again in a heartbeat.

The house was awesome. Enough rooms for all. The only thing for me was housekeeping need to do a better job cleaning. ( floors and rugs) overall all over. And people before us did not take out their trash and that made more work for us.

Family reunion

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation at Zensation. This house was more than accommodating for our wants and needs. Our family crew had 28 people, yet we didn't feel cramped for space at all. We really appreciated the quick communication by KEES when we had any questions. The location was perfect for our group. Just a few blocks from the ocean and just a few blocks from the sound, which both offer a lot. For those larger groups needing similar accommodations, we recommend Zensation!

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay at Zensation* We had a fairly large family reunion beach trip with every bed/bedroom full + kids. Never once did we feel on top of one another or crowded. There was plenty of room to space out- inside and out (large living spaces, large yard, open/covered pool areas, multiple decks, parking, etc.). What a bonus that each room had its own bathroom and many rooms have deck access. The theatre was a great place for the kids to crash. Washer and dryer on every floor. Auxiliary kitchen (3 refrigerators total). From the top floor you can see the ocean and sound. Lots of stairs, but elevator helped. Walk to beach is generally flat, paved/boardwalk, a little distance but not terrible. Beach not crowded and mostly residential. Pool has nice shallow end for kids. Back yard generally private. Two grills. Neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Overall, great place and experience for a large group with infants to 70y/o. Would book again! * Definitely some minor oddities for a new build/new rental though - no broom, some basic kitchen amenities/utensils lacking, walls and cabinets easily scuffed, missing flooring on stairs, trim missing or broken, doors that are difficult to lock, paint trim tape still in place, crooked door handles, light fixtures with tags still on them or missing bulbs, wallpaper peeling near sinks, etc. Minor things yes, but a pricey stay/house suggestive of a time crunch to get to market without oversight of the smaller details & week to week upkeep

The house was absolutely amazing! I wouldn't have changed a thing. Minor issues were handled in a timely fashion, and there was constant open lines of communication. I would highly recommend this property. We are looking at our schedules to return next year.

Staff Retreat

This was the perfect place for our annual staff retreat. The beautifully decorated home comfortably accommodated our staff of 11 plus spouses and children. The home easily suited our needs for private space with bathrooms for every family, meeting space, and recreational/relaxation space. The kitchen was equipped with LOTS of small appliances and plenty of cookware. The quiet location afforded us the opportunity to get a lot of work accomplished, and the wi-fi easily handled 11 laptops, plus phones, and streaming on TVs. We would consider this location in the future.
