We where very disappointed with this place it doesn't look very much like the pictures. When we checked in we got a room that there was a lot of bugs on the floor and the AC didn't work and than they changed the room to another one on the 4 floor without elevator. Over all I think the price is too high for what you get you can pay half the price on other place

Close to the beach, but didn't feel very safe at night. We liked the hotel though. The room we got had a seaview and was clean. Some smell in the lobby, near the stairs, like mold or bad ventilation. We chose the hotel based on the location primarily. Close to the beach and the airport, which was good, as we stayed only for 1 night before continuing our journey from the airport. Wifi had good signal but was so slow that I decided to use my own from my cell phone.

Faltou variedades de alimentos para o café da manhã. Quarto não era aconchegante, travesseiros bem gastos. Selecionei quarto com vista ao mar, me deram no térreo. Espelhos manchados, luz do banheiro queimada, havia uma arara no apartamento para colorar roupas que parecia de hospital. Espelho pequeno, frigobar não gelava, porta ruim para trancar….

A equipe do hotel é nota 10, bem atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã simples e justo. A tv era muito pequena mas aceitável até pq não fomos pra lá para ficar assistindo programação local. A localização do hotel não é boa, se encontra próximo de locais perigosos, ainda que seja bem próximo a praia. O meu 1° quarto que fui colocada estava com muito cheiro de poeira, como sou alérgica pedi pela troca imediata e foi feita para um outro quarto no mesmo andar. Nesse outro quarto, havia muitas baratinhas, principalmente durante a noite. Depois de uma ou duas noites começou a ter infiltração no banheiro, então a água do chuveiro não descia. Solicitei novamente mudança de quarto e fui realocada para um quarto no 4° andar, o problema é que não tem elevador, então comecei a sentir dor na panturrilha de tanto subir e descer. O quarto estava meio sujo quando cheguei e foi feita limpeza no mesmo dia que solicitei. Ao menos no 4° andar não havia mais baratas. O café da manhã era bom, nao havia muita variedade e diminuía ainda mais quando não era final de semana porque aí tinha um menor fluxo de hóspedes. O hotel fica próximo ao aeroporto e longe da maior parte dos pontos turísticos da cidade, então não recomendo se sua viagem for para turismo. No geral, acredito que não vale a pena a estadia. Não recomendo.

Quarto confortável, com ar condicionado, cama confortável e chuveiro quente. Hotel bem localizado próximo à praia , no entanto o check in não é 24 horas, o hotel fecha às 22:00, um ponto que deve se levado em conta na hora da reserva.
