The portion of the hotel we stayed in had paper thin walls and the AC didn't work. We were kept up by talking that turned to yelling that turned into fighting in the room next door, hallway and parking lot. Front desk said they didn't know anything about it, no one else said anything (in fairness I didn't either because I didn't want to be difficult...also the fighting was scary almost certainly intoxicated and I didn't want to get beat up lol) but the front desk was nice at checkout. They didn't charge for parking although i felt like we deserved more accomidation for what an experience it was. We couldn't keep the sliding door open to cool down the room because of the people fighting right next to us. All in all not a good stay other than the front desk staff were nice.

It was so hot in the room. We even had the heat turned off and it was too hot to sleep. We had to open the patio door and it was scary because just anyone could walk in with that open as we were on the ground floor. Such a terrible experience and I don’t recommend. We told the front desk and we got a fan which didn’t make it cool enough either

Yes but the bed was hard as a rock . The elevator took a half hour to get on and off . We had to use the stairs with a bum knee twice , and they were sketchy even the employees don’t use them . They need to turn the other two employe elevators into more customer elevators.:(
