The UHC ARINSAL FAMILY COMPLEX apartments are one of the great references in holiday rentals in Salou and on the Costa Dorada. They have been awarded by Booking.com with the Traveller Review Awards 2024, for their quality and the excellent evaluations of our guests.



They are located in the Cap Salou area, just opposite Cala Crancs beach. The communal garden has direct access to the beach through a small path, but if you are travelling with very young children, we recommend accessing it via the street, where the slope is gentler.



With capacity for up to 6 people, with 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it is distributed in a spacious and bright living-dining room with sofa bed, fully equipped independent kitchen and a large 14m terrace with impressive sea views. The terrace has a table to enjoy meals with family and one of the most beautiful sunsets on the Costa Dorada.



It is the perfect apartment for those families who want to enjoy the beach with high standards of quality and comfort, and in the heart of the Costa Dorada. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together. Some small basic characteristics or furniture/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation, but they all have the same main characteristics.

- Cala Crancs beach is very close to the Salou lighthouse and the Cala Morisca viewpoint, in the last section of the Coastal Path, especially recommended for observing seabirds that are difficult to see from the beach.

- Try the mojitos from the beach bar, they are among the best in Salou. And make sure to return the glass to the bar for recycling.

De belles vacances en famille

Nous sommes venus à 5 (une famille + 1 membre de la famille étendue) et avons passé un agréable séjour à se reposer et à profiter du soleil, des baignades et surtout d'une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Les - : Le logement a un peu vieilli par rapport aux photos et le ménage n'a pas eu le temps d'être fait correctement. Le canapé lit était cassé à notre arrivée mais l'équipe a été très réactive et il a été réparé dès le lendemain matin. La résidence est située dans un lotissement où les rues sont assez étroites et où les places de parking extérieur se font rares en journée en haute saison (car la petite plage est juste à côté). Si vous venez à deux familles, Il est préférable de venir avec un seul véhicule afin de pouvoir le garer en sécurité dans le parking souterrain. Nous avons eu la malchance d'être victime de vandalisme sur le second véhicule resté dehors. Les + : La gestion des départs et des arrivées au top! En grosse saison, très peu d'attente quand vous avez fait votre check on-line, pour récupérer les clés et pour les restituer. C'était très cool et très bien organisé. Merci à l'équipe qui a été très agréable et qui a pu nous répondre lors de nos différentes mésaventures. La résidence est merveilleusement située par rapport à la petite plage à laquelle on peut accéder par la porte derrière la piscine. La vue est unique depuis le balcon du deuxième étage. Le choix entre la tranquillité de la piscine et la plage. La superbe vue aussi au niveau du far!!

De locatie aan het strand was geweldig en het appartement voldeed aan al onze wensen. Helemaal top! In de buurt is er een goede winkel, een restaurant en bar. Wel iets verder weg van overige activiteiten in de buurt, om die te bezoeken is een auto noodzakelijk.

Emplacement parfait pour famille

La piscine et la plage au pied de l'appartement, que demander de plus. Une petite épicerie a 5 min (il faut grimper un peu !) Moins chère que Aldi a Salou. Une aire de jeux plein air a proximité. Manque quand même le linge de cuisine genre torchons serviettes, dommage dans la mesure ou le linge de lit et serviette de toilette sont fournis. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bel appart avec belles prestations.

en été, le soleil est trop haut et donc la terrasse n'est pas ensoleillée, il fait donc super cru dans l appartement et cela entraine des moisissures, j'ai dormi gelée avec 2 couvertures au moins de juin. la cuisine n a aucune lumière naturelle mais le reste de l appartement est pratique ,pas de fioritures, l'essentiel. La vue est splendide et c'est la seule chose que je retiendrai vraiment de très positif avec cet agréable crique aux eaux turquoises. Par contre, si vous avez des soucis de santé ou de mobilité ou que vous n'avez pas de voiture, n'allez là sous aucun prétexte. C'est un désert résidentiel à flanc de falaises. un petit supermarché et un bar / resto un peu douteux. Comme l appart se situe quasi au niveau de la mer, vous passerez votre temps à arpenter des rues qui ne font que monter ( il faut être en forme) et il 'y a rien à faire dans ce coin si ce n'est de marcher le long des falaises ( dangereux et pas possible pour tout le monde) dont les sentiers quand il y en a sont très mal indiqués.
