Todella siisti, auton sai aivan oven eteen lastausta ja purkua varten. Lattialämmitys makuuhuoneessa 5/5 ei ole tullut aikoihin vastaan. Huoneiston koko maksimi henkilömäärälle saattaa olla pikkusen nafti mutta yksin matkustavalle oli luksus. Positiivinen yllätys.

Huoneet ovat ok kuntoisia, kaipaisivat ehkä jo päivitystä. Omassa huoneessamme oli tunkkainen haju. Sijainti Sallassa on kuitenkin loistava ja eipä sitä nyt talviaktiviteettien lomassa tule huoneessa muuta kuin nukuttua. Koska monet tulevat hotelliin talviaktiviteetteja harrastamaan, kannattaisi laittaa oven viereen naulakko ja muutenkin siistiä sisustusta tarkemmin. Aamupala ok :)

Ei herkkäunisille.

Huoneiden seinien läpi kuului selvästi naapurien käymät keskustelut, sana sanalta vaikka puhuivat hiljaa. Vessan oven kahvassa roikkui metallirengas, joka yleensä on ovessa kiinni. Olin ennen tuloani soittanut Hotels.com asiakaspalveluun ja kysynyt miksi varaus ei näy. Ei se näkynyt, koska tuotetta ei ollut olemassa vaikka varausjärjestelmä antoi tehdä varauksen. Tuote: hotelli plus kylpylä. Kylpylä oli kiinni. Kun tulin niin minulla olikin kaksi huonetta varattuna, toinen kylpylällä(joka siis kiinni) vastaanotto veloitti yhdestä huoneesta ja oli hyvin ymmärtäväinen. Hotels.com asiakaspalvelu oli täysin pihalla miten oli teknisesti mahdollista saada aikaan tilanne, joka oli syntynyt sen jälkeen kun soitin asiakaspalveluun. Huone oli siisti ja sänky hyvä. Pistorasia oli outo - vaati kattolampun sytyttämistä joten siitä latasin vain kun olin hereillä. Pöydän alta löytyi lisää pistukkeita.

Yleisilme huoneissa siisti, vanhoja, suihkunurkkaus "homeen haju?" Parasta uusi kylpyläosasto. Kylpylän henkilökunta tosi palveluhenkisiä ja ystävällisiä. Vastaanotossa naisihminen, tosi tympeä, ei kyllä kovin asiakasystävällinen ainakaan meille. Mieheni täytti siellä 80v, tiesivät. Hain huoneeseen kahvit, ei ollut mitään pullaa, toi 4 keksiä minulle.

Puitteet olisi hienot mutta huoneet on jääny ihan 70 luvulle.. jäekyttävät eriväriset lakanat ja pyyhkeet sekä todella vanha sisustus.. henkilökuntaa paikalla vain pari tuntia päivässä.
