King bed and pullout single along with sofa in upstairs primary bedroom. Two bedrooms have king bed, and the another bedroom has twin bunk beds. Full bath on each floor!

Large open concept downstairs brings guests in the kitchen, living room and dining area together on the main floor. Great views of the mountains and yard for games, picnics and gathering.

The porch and outdoor table make a great place for playing games in the evening and enjoying fresh lake air. The porch table seats 6! We have a dock to park your boat and to walk out to shallow swimming, great for small children.

Short walking distance to snack shop and ice cream stand. There is also a convenience store within walking distance, and we are also very close to Kampersville which is an RV park with lots of entertainment! Bring your bikes for a ride or rent a paddle boat from a nearby rental. Nearby hike to Silver Lake or Moosalamoo

We are an 8-minute drive to the college town of Middlebury. In Middlebury, you will find a variety of restaurants, art galleries, waterfalls, boutique shopping, local breweries, a whisky distillery, and a vineyard. You can also spend the day golfing. South of Lake Dunmore is the quaint little town of Brandon. We suggest a delicious pastry at Cafe Provence or dinner at The River, Foleys has incredible beer and food offerings. Brandon is also famous for their art gallery and tiny shops. Do you want terrific pizza? Check out Brandon House of Pizza or Green Peppers in Middlebury. For the thrill seekers in the bunch, you can skydive in Addison County or hit up the slopes in the winter like Pico, Killington, Middlebury Snow Bowl (has night skiing), or Sugarbush. For a calmer pace explore hiking trails in our area.. You can sit on the back deck and marvel at the fall foliage or ice fish in winter.

This home was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We enjoyed being inside as well as doing a bit of ice fishing on the lake. Accessing the ice from the state park was easy since the ice directly in front of the home hadn’t frozen over yet.

The location of the house was very nice, but it had a serious mouse infestation problem, especially inside the kitchen drawers and cabinets.The drawer with the forks and knives had mice droppings. The cabinet with the cutting boards too, and so were several others.We used those utensils before noticing the problem. When we realized the problem was serious, the owner told us she would refund our money if we found another place.When we found another place, we only received a partial refund.VRBO was fantastic, and with just one call and excellent customer service, this problem was resolved

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home during our recent weekend in VT. The house was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away. Even though it was too cold to enjoy the big deck and lake views to their fullest, we could still appreciate the peaceful scenery from inside. The space was perfect for our group of three couples — plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. We’d love to come back when the weather is warmer to fully enjoy all this lovely property has to offer!

Outstanding stay on Lake Dunmore

Property was well kept and ideally located on Lake Dunmore with a private dock. My family, ranging from age 2 to 66, all had a wonderful experience. I recommend this to all looking for a fun, relaxing Vermont beach experience.

Such a nice weekend stay. We arrived late Friday night and woke up to a beautiful view of Lake Dunmore. The house was clean and welcoming. The kitchen had all one needed. The weather was not in our favor (rained most of the weekend) but it did not matter. It was a perfect spot for our quick weekend to Midd.

Might be the best VRBO ever!

This place is beyond 5 stars! Perfect setting on a beautiful lake. The deck and fire pit with its magical views will make this a definite “We are coming back!” House is perfect - very comfy beds, great kitchen - entire place is easy and very comfortable. I can’t thank the Hosts enough for sharing their wonderful place with us. Fantastic memories were definitely made.

Relaxing

Although the weather was quite hot, it was so nice being next to the lake and having that gentle breeze. Rental was very up to date with several amenities and usable appliances. The refrigerator broke before we got there but the owner flew up from out of state to oversee it's installation while we were there and ensure everything went smoothly.Very relaxing weekend with good friends. Thank you.

Very clean. This house had the most complete kitchen and utensils, pots, frying pans, etc. that I have ever encountered in a rental. Unfortunately, it rained all weekend, so we didn't get to use all of the great porch.
