Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Apartment was comfortable and clean, bathroom was great. The gym and pool were fantastic and a great addition to already a perfect stay. Breakfast the following morning was lovely, great varied menu and food was beautiful. Absolutely no faults, loved it all.

Comfortable and convenient stay

Beautiful studio with everything you'd need fur a comfortable stay. Nice sitting area to watch TV and eat pizza. Enjoyed the pool and steam room. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. Food served to your table, very fresh and hot food was hot. Definitely will be returning. Hotel is very central and packing across the road in Q park.

The apartments lovely, friendly reception staff, explained everything to me simply and efficiently. Has a pool in the basement nearly as long Manchester Canal😀 jaquizzi and steam room and on level 1 well equipped gym.

There was a grocery store nearby, I only had 2 concerns , there was only 1 pot and 1 frying pan, instead of a set of pot comprising of 3 pots. I requested for extra pot and I ever received it and I ended up buying 3 pots costing me 25 pounds each....Lastly, i was forced to pay for tax which was already included in my payment at the time of my booking . Besides these 2 concerns I enjoyed my stay....

The staff was super helpful and the room was tended to with care in terms of cleanliness. Also, the Pool was awesome as well as the gym which may have been one of the better hotel gyms ive experienced with up to date equipment and a noticeably well kept space.
