Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again.

Hotel next door to supermarket which has all sorts on a few floors and great pet store that has exotic animals too like a mini zoo as well as cats & cute dogs that we visited everyday. Great location as you are steps away from the heart of Namba, and you’ll have access to multiple stations via underground walkways protecting you from any weather elements. A tip is that the hotel ground entrance is located at the northeast corner of the building, as the map may not directly show that.

We spent 5 days at this hotel. It is close to JR Station and one can walk from Namba Station to the hotel if you know the direction. Food, transportation, and shopping are all within walking distance. Breakfast is excellent with many varieties. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
