This detached house, located near the owners' residence, offers 111m² of living space and comprises an enclosed garden, a lovely veranda/terrace, a living room with a television and DVD player, a kitchen/dining room with a wood-burning stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, and a utility room with a tumble dryer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a separate toilet and two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (160cm). The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi, a cot, a high chair, a baby bath, and a barbecue. Located in the Périgord Noir region near Sarlat, very close to the Dordogne River, this holiday home offers easy access to major attractions such as La Roque-Gageac, Lascaux, and many other exceptional natural sites. You can also explore gardens and castles, take a trip on a traditional flat-bottomed boat (gabarre), canoe down rivers, or even cycle to Sarlat on a dedicated bike path.
