Attended my sons graduation from boot camp with the whole family. House was was beautiful, Spacious and within a 15 to 25 minute drive to everything me and my family needed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe.

One of my favorite locations where we've ever stayed! Beautiful spacious home, comfy beds, quiet location and a quick ride to a fantastic beach. Deer walking through the property. The only issue we hit: internet was spotty for work purposes. It's possible we hit an isolated issue.

It was okay for our two night stay

This was our first time in St Helena, and I doubt we will be back. Generally, things were clean, the property manager was courteous, the house was well stocked, and the location was ok. But I did not feel like it was worth the price we paid. Location -The description mentioned it was located close to a beach, walking distance to Coffin Point Beach. This is misleading if you don't know the area. We were disappointed to see that the "beach" was actually just an inlet at very low tide. There were several yards of soggy sand/mud before you got to any water (and beware! It's like quick sand it some places and you may get stuck!). No ocean waves here, it was weirdly quiet. -Hunting Island was about a 10 min drive, which is where we spent the weekend. Normal beach scene here! It was priced per person to get access, not per vehicle. This can add up if you come here every day. -The house itself is off a dirt road with some trailers, some houses surrounding it. Lots of bugs outside, so bring bug spray The house -This is not a typical home, it is a modular home. Not necessarily a problem. -The water pressure was the biggest issue for us! You can't run more than one thing at a time (shower, dishwasher, washing machine). With 10 people in the house after a day at the beach, this was a problem. -The shared hall bathroom had a funky smell and I think there may have been a mold issue. This bathtub also did not have good drainage. -Dining table very high, problem for kids and older people.

Beautiful property!

We rented this house for 4 nights to attend my son's USMC basic training graduation with a little vacation rolled in. The house was gorgeous, plenty of room and little wonderful items everywhere. There are cute lamps everywhere! The decor was fantastic, inside and out. The porch is comfy to sit on and drink coffee, read a book, or sit and chat. The fire pit was nice, but the bugs aren't. Wear bug spray! Location was ideal. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach. 15 minutes to closest grocery store, 30 minutes to downtown Port Royal, and 40 minutes to Parris Island. My family is already looking forward to returning here soon!

A storm came not to power out the first day and they couldn’t tell us when it was coming back on talk to Barry and he said he would charge me for one night and cleaning and refund me the rest and then he ended up cheating me out of money and I will never ever go there again nor will I use you

Family friendly

Great house for a big family. Kids room is very cute with 4 twin beds. Bathrooms attached to the two bigger bedrooms and a small but functional bathroom conveniently located close to the kids room and smaller bedrooms. The kitchen has two coffee makers and an electric teapot. Laundry room was conveniently located off the kitchen. Only downside was not enough pot holders and all the indoor dining is on high stools/ seats which was stressful for the little kids. There was good dining availability both on the front porch and back deck. Great house!

The home was well decorated, clean, and had plenty of supplies. The property manager was super responsive and helped us with a minor issue on a holiday. Love the beautiful trees and natural area.

What a Great House!

Our TV production crew rents VRBO properties every month and this is one of the best this year. It's a well-equipped location that is long on peace and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again!

Perfect family retreat!

We really loved our stay. The huge yard with the big rope swing kept my children entertained each day we were there. The front porch was the perfect setting for the adults to talk, laugh, and play cards at night. The bedrooms were so beautifully decorated, and the three bathrooms were perfectly clean and nice. The big kitchen with plenty of seating and lots of prep area made feeding our group very easy. The manager was so accommodating, helping us with a package we were expecting. Thank you!

A magical spot

This property is one of our favorites and we've been doing this trip for 11 years now. The front porch and yard are absolutely magical. We spent hours hanging out there, so much wildlife to watch. Air conditioning works great and the beds were comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked and you can always find a place to sit. Cell service varies in the area based on provider and the WiFi could be frustrating at times, but if you're forced to disconnect, what a great place to do it! We rented a golf cart for the week and had a ball and driving it around the neighborhood and beach. We hope to stay here again one day!

This is a nice place to stay. It is a modular home that has had lots of nice updates inside. The home is in a rural area on a dirt road with nice outside amenities as well. We enjoyed our time there!

The place and the house are very nice, I think it has a lot of decorations, I tink with less things it looks better, the cleaning is very bad dusty everywhere it has many chandeliers they are beautiful but they are accumulated of a lot of dust, with a deep cleaning and less decorations would be the perfect house to have a fabulous vacation

Heaven in Beaufort!

Low Country Adventure

This property was amazing! It’s off the beaten path but close to everything. The house was so well equipped, bring nothing with you. The decor was awesome, the kids loved it. Lots of room to run, play and explore outside. A short golf cart ride to Coffin Point & Avenue of the Oaks. 10 minutes to Hunting Island beaches. We will be booking again! Just an awesome Low Country week.
