Welcome to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, a charming seaside resort on the Vendée coast! This cosy chalet, recently built, is ideal for accommodating up to 6 people, with family or friends. Located just 1 km from the beach, it is situated in a secure residence offering numerous facilities.

You will be just steps away from beautiful fine sandy beaches, perfect for swimming. Nature lovers and those who enjoy wide open spaces will also appreciate the many cycle paths and coastal trails for superb walks along the seafront or through the marshes.



To relax in any season, enjoy an indoor and heated swimming pool accessible all year round. And on beautiful days, a pleasant terrace invites you to savour your meals outdoors or to lounge in the sun.



Open the large French window and let yourself be seduced by a pleasant, bright and functional living space. The fully equipped American kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare good meals with simplicity: American fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table that can accommodate 6 people, then enjoy a moment of relaxation in the living room with television, coffee table and comfortable sofa.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. The first, with direct access to the terrace, has a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with WC. The second is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm). The third includes two single beds (80x190 cm), ideal for children or friends.

A second bathroom with shower and an independent WC complete the accommodation.



For greater convenience, a washing machine is at your disposal in the hallway cupboard.

You also have two private parking spaces, located near the chalet. On the property, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles on site – risk of general power outage. Charging stations are available in town.
