Chalet of 110 m², on 3 levels, offering a South-East exposure and an unobstructed view of the Mont-Blanc range.

The chalet is composed of :

On the ground floor:

- Entrance with ski lockers, storage chest and cupboards.
- Bathroom with washing machine.

On the 1st floor:

- A living room with sofa and dining area, TV.
- A closed kitchen with gas cooker-oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
- An independent toilet.

On the 2nd floor:

- 2 bedrooms with 2 twin single beds each and storage closet, access balcony.
- A bedroom with two single bed, and storage closet.
- A bedroom with a single bed.
- A bathroom with bathtub
- An independent WC.

Additional equipments: barbecue. Pets not allowed.

Warning: winter equipment strongly recommended to access the chalet.

The individual chalet "le Bionnassay" is located 5km from the center of Saint-Gervais and 4.5km from Bettex (departure from the ski area, grocery store, ESF and sports shop). A shuttle stop is present at 300m.
