Villa Fauquié - A unique wooden house in the south of Dordogne with heated pool

Spacious, with warm wood atmosphere. This spacious 240 m² house entirely made of wood is located in St-Etienne de Villeréal, in the department of Lot-et-Garonne, at the hearth of the Pays des Bastides, near Dordogne exceptional natural sites.

A large kitchen and an attractive living area are in the centre of the house, with direct access to the terrace. On ground floor you can find also a living room, a small lounge with television, a bedroom with shower area, a laundry with all household equipment, as well as the cloakrooms.

On the first floor there are 4 ample air-conditioned bedrooms and one independent bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a dressing room, a private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a tv.

Every room has access to terrace or balcony with countryside views.

Take a swim in the private heated pool or enjoy the large terrace and garden. When the night comes, enjoy the beautiful country-side sunset, with a glass of Monbazillac or Bergerac rosé.

You will enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet environment where quality of life and peace of mind predominate.

Beautiful setting
We had a wonderful family stay at the villa in St etiennes de villereal. Very relaxing very spacious and that all important air conditioning! Guests will need to have a car as amenities are generally a short ride away. We loved the pool and outdoor space though this would have been perfect if outdoor seating had more comfort ( hence the overall 4 star rating) no cushions on sofas and one sunbed missing it's cushions- just small tweakes to make it perfect!

superbe séjour
Une superbe maison, très bien agencée à l'intérieur; tout confort et avec plusieurs espaces exterieurs pour évoluer au cours de la journée, très belle piscine.. Des propriétaires très à l'écoute. La maison est au calme et La présence du camping à coté avec son resto, sa paillotte et la possibilité de commander le pain sont très appréciables.. Une semaine très agréable!! Merci
