Renovated former farmhouse in a peaceful rural setting, 10 km from St Philbert de Grand Lieu (with a beach open in summer), 13 km from Grand Lieu Lake, and 24 km from Nantes (adjoining another 7-person gîte).

Private parking on site.
50 m² enclosed terrace and garden (east-facing).
Ground floor: living room (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed), fitted kitchen/dining area, and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 cm bed), shower room, and separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair on request, electric car charging point.
Included: bed linen.
Not included: electricity, electric underfloor heating, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (mandatory for business travelers and if pets are present - €50), and tourist tax. Pets are welcome free of charge (deposit €100 - pets are not allowed in the sleeping area).
