Individual mountain chalet accessible only in summer, roadside parking then access on foot about 100 m away via a nature path. Chalet on 2 levels: on the first level: living room-kitchen, wood stove. On the ground floor (access by Japanese step staircase): 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (140x190), a connecting bathroom (shower) and WC with door to the outside, no heating on the ground floor. Water heater and electricity by solar panels, wood stove (wood included). Large plot on two flat levels around the chalet. Pleasant landscaped outdoor area. A traditional mountain chalet nestled in nature, in the heart of the Maurienne valley, in a preserved area. With its mountain charm and authenticity, this haven of peace welcomes you into a warm atmosphere, with the typical character of Savoyard chalets. The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, and is surrounded by woods for a total immersion in nature. Traditional alpine chalet located in a preserved natural setting. South-southwest exposure. Warm mountain character. Large landscaped outdoor area. Magnificent scenery.
