You will spend a beautiful holiday in this spacious contemporary villa, not overlooked, overlooking the vineyards, on the edge of a Provencal village (gard), private pool (5m50 X 5m50 m). Detached villa with wooden terrace .. Nice room of life of 55 m ² giving on swimming pool (reassured), 3 rooms, and a big room of bath with Italian shower and bath.
Quiet, ideal to rest: comfort, space and modernity for a nice holiday in the sun! Close to many sites to visit: Avignon and its festival in July, gorges of Ardeche (river), chauvet cave (classified at UNESCO), Uzès and its market, Nimes, Pont du Gard, sea and camargue, Gordes , Baux de Provence, Provencal market, Cevennes ...

Séjour tout confort, superbe villa tant à l intérieur que pour les extérieurs.

Accueil chaleureux, propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles, villa aux prestations tops, confort et calme très appréciés. Emplacement à proximité de superbes sites. Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben in St.Alexandre bei Christian und Laure 10 Tage verbracht. Anreise und Kommunikation vorab haben perfekt funktioniert Wir wurden empfangen in einem wirklich sehr schönen Haus, exakt wir auf den Fotos dargestellt. Unsere Kinder ( 12 u.14) hatten jede Menge Spaß im eigenen Pool. Der Pool wurde ganz regelmäßig von Christian gesäubert. Und bei Fragen konnten wir jederzeit auf ihn zukommen. Liegefläche zum entspannen gibt es zu genügend , ebenso besteht die Möglichkeit an 2 Tischen außen die Mahlzeiten einzunehmen . Am Plancha Grill hatten wir genügend Platz leckere Gerichte zu zaubern. Ein extra großer Kühlschank lässt Vorratshaltung für 4 Personen locker zu. Ausflüge ans Meer , Avignon, Ockerfelsen und an die Pont d‘Arc haben unseren Urlaub abgerundet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca 4min.mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben sogar Freundschaft mit der sehr scheuen Katze geschlossen 😉 Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Sehr nette Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern in unserem Alter.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines extra. Maison très agréable, au calme, bien aménagée et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont sérieux, chaleureux et prevenants (des boissons fraîches nous attendaient dans le frigo à notre arrivée). Les extérieurs et la piscine sont top. Proche de toutes commodités et de beaucoup de sites touristiques. Super séjour !

Une très belle villa, spacieuse, moderne et amménagée avec beaucoup de goût.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette villa. Accueil sympathique par les propriétaires qui sont de surcroît très arrangeants. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. La piscine est très agréable et les extérieurs sont super agréables. Un gros plus pour la plancha de compétition ! La literie est bonne. Les équipements sont suffisant pour qui veut cuisiner. La villa est vraiment spacieuse et bien agencée. Je n'ai pas mis la note maximale car nous avons été gênés par deux choses : une odeur de fioul dérangeante (en provenance de la cave) quand on doit garder les fenêtres fermée pour garder la fraicheur et le bruit la nuit : musique à fond au loin deux fois dans la semaine + route (peu passante heureusement) au bas de deux des 3 chambres.

Véritable coup de coeur pour cette villa, un vrai havre de paix, parfait pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe dans cette magnifique villa où tout était parfait. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons fortement apprécié l'environnement verdoyant magnifique, la décoration soignée et le calme ... aucun bruit à part les grillons c'est extrêmement reposant. Très bon acceuil et disponibilité de Laure et Christian, propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour, qui a été limite trop court !
